"It is expected to establish a positive contribution in supporting the maintenance of internal security (Kamtibmas)," said Chief of Indonesia National Police through his mandate read by AKBP Ery Apriyono, Tuesday (5/1).

The anniversary of security guard was greeted by holding a ceremony in the yard of Mapolres Kampar with the leadership of Government Institutions represented by Assistant II for the Economy and Welfare Secretariat Kampar Nurbit and private, officials Police, Army, officials Prison of Bangkinang and managers of security services enterprise, community leaders in industrial security guard.

It has been demonstrated by the implementation of security and order in the working circumstance which includes aspects of physical security, personnel, information and other technical security, police chief advised, all of those thing should be on improved better.

"As a partner of the Polices in spontaneous security enforcement, its function should be optimized, let us make this anniversary moment as the means and the evaluation of the performance with repairing and improvement of duty," said the police chief.

Moreover, the momentum of 2016 is very competitive, namely the integration of Asean or the Asean economic community (AEC), of course, according to him will provide opportunities where investors come to invest in various fields of business and industry.

In addition, he said this moment also a challenge because we must be aware of the influx of foreign commodities, the influx of foreign labor, which affects to narrower local employment opportunities and foreign cultural influences within the community.

Under these conditions, he said, will lead to the emergence of various potential threats and disruption of social order, because of that the national police as the responsible board for creating and maintaining stability must identify, prevent and deal with vulnerabilities that could occur.

Facing the severity of the duties and responsibilities carried, said Chief of Police, the police need the support and participation of all potential security board form, includes private security guard who acted as bearers of limited police functions.
